Las Vegas Piano Music School is a premier institution offering a range of music courses and private lessons for aspiring pianists of all ages and skill levels.
LVPMS was instituted in 2015. The school, faculty, and curriculum are directed by a husband-and-wife team. Both are graduates of the Eastman School of Music with advanced degrees in piano performance. They have won a variety of piano competitions around the world and adjudicated many prestigious piano competitions. Each member of the LVPMS faculty holds one or more degrees in their areas of music instruction: piano, violin, cello, guitar, and voice. LVPMS enrollments include students of all ages and performance skill levels, including preschool ages. LVPMS students consistently place in top-tier positions in all varieties of piano competitions at the local, regional, national, and international levels.
Las Vegas Piano Music School is part of the Yamaha Music Education System. Over 6,000,000 students in 41 countries have studied at Yamaha Music Schools. Based on 50 years of experience, the Yamaha curriculum is Fun, High Quality, Comprehensive, and Beneficial. Junior Music Course is for beginner age 4 and 5, the in-class musical experiences nurture creativity and help instill the basis for playing and expression through feeling and understanding music. Young Musicians Course is for beginner 6 to 9, musicianship is taught through the use of a keyboard. Students will be involved in the following activities: Singing, ear training, repertoire, ensemble playing, keyboard harmony, etc.
Located in the Crossroads Plaza, the school provides a nurturing environment for students to develop their musical talents and offers additional services such as competitions and recitals to showcase their progress.
